Answer: Only if you cannot land apply the water produced. *Will a SWPPP Plan be required? Based on project scale, it should be exempt from NRS requirement. Answer: Only if you cannot contain the run-off from the project site. *Will a nesting bird survey need to be performed before mobilizing, or will on-site observation & reporting be sufficient?
