| Answer: Long term lane closures will be at the discretion of the engineer based on the submitted and approved traffic control plans in accordance with subsection 624 and 625 of the Standard Specifications and Section 108.04 of the Special Provisions. Open all lanes to public traffic prior to weekends, holidays, or special events, unless otherwise approved or directed. Reference forthcoming Supplemental. |
