| Question: Sorry to double up questions, cure time for the pole foundations is 28 days. I understand that's 28 calendar days vs working days but even if foundations were drilled in the first couple days still doesn't leave time to complete the install. |
| Answer: Please refer to the Standard Specifications as pole foundations are to be constructed in accordance with Section 509 requiring a minimum of 7 days or 80% of the compressive strength. Contractor is responsible to coordinate, sequence, and schedule activities for the prosecution of work accordingly. Any temporary suspensions of work and determinations of contract time are at the discretion of the Engineer in accordance with Subsections 108.06 and 108.08 of the Standard Specifications. |
