| Question: Electrical Construction Note B on NDOT Project MS-159-0-(003) directs the Contractor to install a new transformer and a new 200A Meter Main. However, in several of the corresponding NVE plans either the transformer or the Meter Main are not directed to be installed. For example, Sheet ITS2 Note B directs to install a transformer and meter main but the corresponding NVE Sheet (Project #3011953860) has no direction to install a transformer. Same issue with Sheet ITS6 and NVE Sheet (Project 3011033020) as well as other sheets. On Sheet ITS17 Note B directs both a transformer and a meter main be installed but the NVE Sheet (Project 3011117861) does not direct a meter main be installed. Please advise if NDOT would like the work installed per the NDOT plans or the NVE plans and revise quantities accordingly. |
