| Answer: The Uniformed Traffic Control Officer will be used at the discretion of the Resident Engineer. Most of this project is being performed away from the roadway but there are several locations around the bridge abutments that are adjacent to the roadway as well as truck ingress and egress. Depending on the Contractor's Designed Traffic Control, the Resident engineer may choose to have the Nevada State Police Highway Patrol on site for safety. |
