| Question: When reviewing the plan quantities on plan sheet 3D and the bid item quantities. It appears that none of these match. can you please confirm what quantities are supposed to be used? Also, on this sheet it lists Composite Surface removal which should be its own bid item if that is the intention for the quantity listed. |
| Answer: The quantities to be used are the quantities on sheet 3D. Composite Surface Removal has been removed, and those quantities are added to Roadway Excavation. The estimate will be updated in an upcoming addendum. |
