Project Title:	Prioritization Process Pilot Program Development
Background:	The Department is seeking to hire one firm to assist with development of its Prioritization Process Pilot Program and advancing the goals of the One Nevada Transportation Plan by linking performance measures and the Department's prioritization process, statewide.
Project Scope:	The successful Service Provider will be called upon to summarize existing project prioritization processes, integrate and align prioritization goals and criteria between the Department and the State's Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) to streamline the planning process, conduct stakeholder and public outreach to ensure transparency and accessibility, and define a process to link data with the performance measures through an interactive tool that is usable and accessible to all Department Divisions and regional MPOs. Project Schedule:	Approximately two years from the date an Agreement is executed.

Question: Article II, Section 9 of the sample service agreement references that if applicable, the individual with overall project responsibility shall be a registered Nevada Professional Engineer (PE). Is it correct to assume this clause is not applicable for this contract – meaning the individual with overall project responsibility need not be a Nevada PE?

Answer: Correct, the individual with overall project responsibility is not required to be a Nevada PE.
