Project Title:	Displaced Persons and Associated Trash/Debris Cleanup within the Department’s Right-of-Way in District 2
Background:	The Department is seeking to hire one firm for the removal of accumulated trash/debris from areas where displaced persons gather, as well as trash/debris that piles up over time in various locations within Carson, Churchill, Douglas, Lyon, Mineral, Pershing, and Washoe Counties.
Project Scope:	The successful Service Provider will be responsible for the removal of trash/debris for various locations. Services will include, but not be limited to cleanup of personal items, assorted garbage, and potentially hazardous materials left by displaced persons, and naturally accumulated trash/debris. The Proposer must have current licenses and permits for vehicles/equipment, as well as appropriate licenses and certifications including OSHA 29 CFR 1910-120. The Proposer must have the ability to retain an American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) individual with current certification, or a Department approved equivalent. Project Schedule:	Approximately five years from the date an Agreement is executed.
