| Answer: Yes. Proposers should describe their approach, experience, and methods for controlling costs and managing budget commitments. Proposers may include relevant examples or metrics from past projects to demonstrate cost-control performance; however, no proposed costs, rates, fees, or other cost information related to this solicitation should be included in the Proposal. |
